Get your DOT physical done — 15 minutes, done right.

Renewing your medical card or getting certified for the first time? I'll get you examined and filed fast, and your certificate's in the Texas system before you leave.

A portable DOT exam kit — blood pressure cuff, vision screener, and laptop — laid out in a case.
What to bring

Show up with these and we'll be quick.

  • Your driver's license
  • Glasses or contacts, if you wear them
  • A list of any medications you take
  • Your CPAP compliance report, if you use one
  • Any specialist paperwork (heart, diabetes) if a doctor's managing a condition

Not sure if something applies to you? Book and tell me in the notes — I'll tell you straight.

What happens

Here's the whole exam, start to finish.

It's the standard FMCSA physical — vision and hearing check, blood pressure, a urinalysis dipstick (that's a health screen, not a drug test), and a quick head-to-toe. Most drivers are in and out in 15 to 20 minutes. If everything checks out, you walk away certified and I file it with the state that day.

$95, cash. No insurance needed.

15 to 20 minutes for most drivers.

Same day — I file it electronically with FMCSA and TX DPS before I leave.

Yes. Chiropractors are FMCSA-certified medical examiners on the National Registry — same exam, same certificate.

We'll recheck it. If it's borderline, I can often still certify you on a short card and we'll sort out the follow-up.

You book, and I'll text you exactly where and when. I run exam blocks around the corridor and add drivers onto fleet days.
